有屋可住 李鴻源：擬建立空屋媒合平台

要如何讓年輕人有屋可住？內政部長李鴻源表示，年輕人在台北買房子的成本過高，但大台北的空屋相當多，因為持有的代價低，所以都不願意拿出來，因此希望可以和財政部合作，建立一個空屋的媒合平台。

另外，李鴻源也希望可以活化閒置空間。他說，現在很多中小學校沒有學生，可以研究是否把教室改建成不豪華但舒適安全的生活空間，讓年輕人可以入住，強調目前的政策「只租不蓋」，希望可以先活化這些閒置空間，而蓋則是最下策。
