電動銀幕下降時超過下限

如題
教會的電動銀幕(Da-lite)在下降時會發生超過原本設定下限之問題
也就是說
原本銀幕下降至一定長度則停
但現在的問題是過了下限還會自己往下降
造成投影機畫面會投射在白色區塊上方的黑布上
需要將銀幕重新上升後再下降一次才會改善

是管軸鬆掉所引起的嗎?
