標題[請益] 台積電最近很缺人嗎?

各位前輩好 因為我的履歷放在104上 但我未主動投履歷至台積電 因為我非四大四中 所以收到這信件 有些不解 台積電不是一向只收四大四中的學生嗎? (RD工作) 不知道信件內容所提及的 TSID 技術系統整合處：工廠自動化、工程資料分析、設計研發的整合平台 BSID 企業系統整合處：電子商務系統、企業電子化 ICSD 資訊建構暨通訊服務處：系統的軟硬體架構設計、整合與管理 ITQS 資訊安全相關 會很地雷嗎? 不知道有無專業的大大可以分享工作性質或工作內容 還是只是人資再湊面試的人數? 謝謝各位前輩的分享 可回推文或站內信分享 謝謝! 以下是信件內容 ------------------------- 您好： 我是台積電招募部的簡小姐，近日看到您的履歷，想將您推薦給敝公司IT部門主管。 若您有意願且目前在找工作，能否請您儘快先提供大學及研究所的成績單電子檔(PDF 、WORD或圖檔)給我(請勿上傳至雲端)，我們會將您的資料給IT部門主管參考。 若符合該部門用人需求(包含竹科, 中科,南科)，我們會盡快為您安排面試，謝謝！ 有分 TSID 技術系統整合處：工廠自動化、工程資料分析、設計研發的整合平台 BSID 企業系統整合處：電子商務系統、企業電子化 ICSD 資訊建構暨通訊服務處：系統的軟硬體架構設計、整合與管理 ITQS 資訊安全相關 資訊工程類 - IT Engineer 工作內容： 1. Project management and System development/maintenance to realize customers IT requests. 2. System development/maintenance to sustain user operation and support for enabling internal project. 3. Role play as the system consultant for supporting site operation support team to smooth business operation. 求才條件： 1. Minimum Master degree majoring in IT, EE, IE or related major. 2. No working experience is acceptable. Be preferable with 1-6 years of experience on IT system development or management. 3. Familiar with C/C++ programming, Java and SQL skill. 4.
