墾丁悠活度假村「未環評先營運」案，監察委員葉耀鵬、馬以工、程仁宏今天南下悠活度假村實勘現場，接著聽取墾管處、屏東縣政府和環保署代表核照和環評簡報，3人認為行政機關均有怠惰之嫌，要求1周內呈報相關資料送監察院，之後展開約詢。
