臉書留言瘋狂亂砍 吃上官司

廖姓男子不滿前立委顏清標假釋出獄，在臉書留言要「搖旗瘋狂亂砍」等語，經警送辦，台中地檢署今天聲請簡易判決。

台中地檢署檢察官聲請簡易判決書指出，設籍台中市的37歲廖男，今年6月間以手機上網，閱覽友人臉書（FaceBook），對於前立委顏清標假釋出獄的新聞事件，甚感不悅。

廖男為發洩不滿而在臉書上留言「搖旗吶喊去瘋狂亂砍」、「讓他們後悔選到不中用的市長，讓治安壞成這樣」，他還留言指出「目前第一目標天龍國」等語。

案經台中警方偵辦，台中地檢署以廖男坦承因一時情緒激憤，輕率地臉書發言，但並未付諸行動，也未造成傷亡，今天聲請簡易判決。
