民進黨初選 蔡旺詮籲恢復黨員投票

民進黨全國各縣市黨部主委聯誼會今天在台南市開會，副會長蔡旺詮呼籲黨中央重視基層黨員權益，在黨內初選恢復黨員投票。蔡旺詮說，民進黨全代會剝奪黨員權益，造成黨員繳交黨費意願低落，間接影響各縣市黨部經費，台南市黨部黨工已減薪1成因應。
