葡萄牙失業率下滑 2011年以來首見

官方數據顯示，葡萄牙第2季失業率降至16.4%，是2011年初以來首次下滑，令原先預測葡國失業率還會持續攀升的經濟學家感到意外。

葡萄牙國家統計局7日公布，2013年第2季的失業率從第1季的17%下滑到16.4%。相較下，2012年第2季的失業率為15%。

自從2011年中規模780億歐元的紓困貸款計畫展開以來，葡萄牙的失業率就一路攀升，且升幅通常比預期大，這意味社會福利支出也必須跟著增加，讓政府更難達到削減預算赤字的目標。

上季失業率下滑，可能讓許多經濟學家大感意外。他們原先預測，隨著政府實施新的減支措施，失業率還會持續攀高。
