軍審法修正　馬英九：確保軍人人權

【綜合報導】軍審法修正案三讀通過，對此馬總統表示，軍審法修正涉及到軍法體系的存廢，是非常重大改革，所以要「謹慎、盡速」。

馬總統表示，軍審法修正有相關配套調整，五個月內完成後，往後將把軍法案件完全移交司法審判，不僅可以確保軍人人權，也期盼能夠提升民眾對於司法的信賴。
