洪仲丘案軍檢建立溝通連絡平台

洪仲丘猝死案，洪家義務律師團律師邱顯智今天表示，希望軍檢專案小組能把偵辦的資料，同時提供桃園地檢署。最高軍檢署檢察長曹金生今晚表示，屬於軍事審判權責的部分，不會也不可能交給司法機關看，至於會不會有重疊的部分，雙方會完全配合。

曹金生說，目前北軍檢署已經和桃園地檢署的主任檢察官，已經建立良好的溝通平台，他和台灣高等檢察署也一樣，雙方隨時可以通電話，必要時見面協商。
