北市府、議會首長特支費明年擬撙節1/4

考量大環境經濟仍未好轉，行政院近日行文各地方政府，要求明年度機關首長特支費預算，主動減編四分之一。北市主計處長梁秀菊表示，近日已將中央函示與北市執行意見上簽市長郝龍斌。

梁秀菊說，去年北市是第一個主動宣布自行撙節首長特別費四分之一的縣市，若明年預算減編，應不會影響市政運作。

北市議會議長吳碧珠也證實，已收到相關資訊，會「從善如流」配合中央決定，明年度預算即會配合減編。
