手機被停話 想復話&換HTC (中華電信)

我之前的手機"SONY K530i"是以我媽媽之名辦的 用了有4年之久

差不多1年前我媽媽過世之後 就沒有在繳錢給中華電信 時間久了就被停用

最近想復話順便換HTC EVO 3D

我想問 :
1. 我復話 是否要連之前欠的電話費繳清?
2. 如果復話成功 換HTC EVO 3D 要多少錢?
3. 之前我是用3G 183方案 改成智慧型手機 是否要改其他方案? (對網路不要求
