筆電重灌後 iTunes資料問題

筆電前幾天興沖沖拿去重灌

過幾天後才驚覺我iTunes裡面iPhone的資料都沒備份

這樣我筆電拿回來 再灌iTunes 直接連接iPhone的話

我怕iPhone裡面的東西會全部不見

請問我筆電拿回來後再灌iTunes

要怎麼做才能讓電腦跟iPhone同步不讓iPhone裡的東西消失

我比較在意的是照片 鈴聲 聯絡資訊(電話簿) 還有全部的應用程式
