機上盒播隨身碟影片畫面會超出螢幕

最近第四台業者為配合全面數位化來家裡裝了數位機上盒
我拿來播放隨身碟的影片卻發現畫面超出了螢幕範圍
底下字幕有一半超出去看不到
只有播放影片會這樣，看電視節目時就沒這問題
不知道是機器問題還是哪邊設定的問題?
找電視設定也不能調整顯示範圍
