Qantas航空行李問題請教

因為要從雪梨移動到西澳買了Qantas的機票
我知道機票已含了23kg的行李托運
想請問大家的問題是...
他加購一件行李（也就是兩件行李總共可以46公斤）
一樣是23公斤30AUD
但是我只有一件行李，也只想帶一件帶行李
但重量是30公斤...
我現在想的到的方法有幾種，但不知道可不可行
1.事前打電話過去upsize
2.直接加買1件托運行李，但只托運一件（超過23不超過32kg）
3.在機場加錢...

麻煩有經驗的大家給我意見,謝謝！
