重啟核電廠　日「零核電」將告終

日本的「零核電」狀態即將告終。位於鹿兒島縣薩摩川內市、隸屬九州電力公司的川內核電廠，昨天先後獲鹿兒島縣議會、縣知事伊藤祐一郎同意重啟，最快明年重新運作。但縣議會外有數百名居民抗議，認為執意重啟是棄居民生命於不顧。

日本2011年發生311東日本大地震引發福島核災，全國核電廠全面停機，去年7月當局制訂新安全標準，川內核電廠是首座通過新標準，並獲地方自治體同意重啟的核電廠。這也是首相安倍晉三推動重啟全國48個反應爐的一大勝利。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
