iphone 如何關掉滑動切換app

我的手機是iphone 4s ios5.1
最近有一個問題一直困擾著我
就是玩手機遊戲 需要上下 左右滑動 畫面
可是常常會跳回主畫面
原本這個功能 在沒玩遊戲前 是非常方便
但是 我在玩遊戲的時候 並不需要 而且造成我很大的困擾
問題我找不到 要去哪裡關掉 這個功能
因為我記得 有個設定
可以設定 哪些程式我可以開啟或關閉
不要或是要使用 滑動切換app
有人知道要去哪更改設定嗎 謝謝
