標題[請益] 主管習慣性壓離職單

魯蛇在下我，目前在一間公司剛做滿兩個禮拜。 但是突然發現這主管有夠鳥。 於似乎，提了離職。 鳥主管要求再做一個禮拜再走。 俗仔我，就答應了。 在倒數三天赫然發現原來鳥主管會用'交接未完成請人資部門某關卡不簽離職單。 然後不發當月薪水... 其實我也不在乎那張離職單。但是兩個禮拜薪水也是錢。 我手邊已經有了我跟人資確認主管核定的離職時間（Mail) 請問到時候鳥主管用未交接完成不發薪水當理由的話。 我該如何自保呢？ 該準備什麼資料用力告下去呢ˉ？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 223.136.52.247 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1413905630.A.430.html
