君安投顧依會員認購股票的股數，收取20萬元的佣金，違反規定，並且以公司資金購置非營業用不動產，並違規支付董事及監察人酬薪等多項違規情況，不僅遭金管會罰鍰240萬元，董事長梁碧霞也遭解除職務，依規定，梁碧霞3年內不能在金融相關領域任職。

金管會指出，君安投顧不僅介紹會員認購股票，並依會員認購股票的股數，收取20萬元的佣金，違反規定。

此外，公司還將資金借予股東及員工、違規支付董事及監察人酬勞、支付非員工薪資、旅費、生活費及學費等費用、購置台北及高雄非營業用不動產。

根據金管會調查，君安投顧以「股東往來」名義對董事長梁碧霞最高期間借款10筆、總金額達3500萬元，並違規支付梁碧霞雙親每人5個月，共60萬元的費用。此外，君安投顧資本額5000萬元，但在台北、高雄購置兩筆超過5000萬元的非營業用不動產，涉嫌炒房。

金管會表示，基於金融監理一致性原則，投顧、券商等金融機構不能購置非營業用不動產，因此，處罰緩240萬元，並命令君安投顧解除董事長梁碧霞職務。
