中工雙子星議約期限 　捷運局：至今晚12時

北市雙子星大樓聯開案，因太極雙星捲入弊案喪失資格，第2順位中華工程被北市府要求，需於今晚12點前提出銀行融資保證等10件文件，中工日前向台北高等行政法院聲請假處分，請求法院暫時禁止市府與其他廠商簽約，此舉今午卻遭法院駁回。
 
對此，北市捷運局聯開處長李政安說，中工需今晚12點前準備繳交67億現金、19億履約保證金或保證書及提送文件，若明早仍未收到相關文件及金額，將視同中工放棄資格。
 
聯開處指出，對於高院裁定駁回中工申請假處分，代表市府招標程序繼續進行，不會中斷，今晚12點前依舊接受中工提交相關金額及文件，若明早9點認定中工未提交議約該具備金額及開發計畫等文件，就視同放棄議約，屆時將依行政程序簽報北市府，再研議是否繼續與第3順位議約。（林媛玲／台北報導）
