LINE備份的問題(急)

我男朋友最近要從sony ericsson的手機換到HTC
他找了幾個要備份的人 也都傳送到信箱了 也很順利的匯入新手機了
但唯獨我的沒辦法在信箱內顯示
我們都懷疑是因為檔案太大所以才沒辦法
因為要跑100000多的檔案 所以才覺得因為是檔案太大 其他人都是幾千多或幾百

所以我們試了用藍牙的方式傳過去
傳是傳到了 但就是沒辦法匯入
也不知道用藍牙傳到後要怎麼用
我們為此煩惱了一個下午呀呀呀呀呀!!!!!
請問有什麼簡單的方法可以解決嗎？？
很急～！！！！！！！！！！！！！！
拜託了～～～～～～～～～～～～～～～
