高鐵站塗鴉恐嚇殺人 男遭訴

（中央社記者陳淑芬台中22日電）今年5月發生鄭捷在捷運殺人慘劇。曾姓男子6月底在高鐵站廁所及火車上書寫「模仿鄭捷」，「要放氣彈、炸死人」。台中地檢署今天起訴曾男。

台中地檢署起訴書指出，23歲曾男於6月30日在台中高鐵烏日站的男廁所內，以奇異筆在隔板、牆壁及衛生紙架上書寫、塗鴉「我在模仿鄭捷」、「放氣彈、炸死人」等恫嚇文字。

曾男並在7月1日搭乘台鐵普悠瑪號火車，於行經台中到豐原區路段，在車廂內用奇異筆寫「我在模仿鄭捷」「要在這部火車上拿槍殺人」等文字。

警方循線逮捕曾男，曾男坦承犯案，遭送辦。台中地檢署今天依恐嚇公眾等罪嫌起訴。1030922
