英國有一對雙胞胎兄弟透過一模一樣的健身訓練及嚴格膳食，練成一模一樣的猛男身型。

據英國《每日郵報》報導，哈里森兄弟(Lewis and Owen Harrison)都是私人健身教練及健美模特兒。二人身高177公分，體重83公斤，但他們擁有健美胸肌、巧克力腹肌，加上性感人魚線，身型簡直令女人瘋狂、讓男人忌妒。哈里森兄弟少年時先後從軍，退伍後有感生活苦悶，受健身雜誌上的男模啟發，希望擠身其中，於是從2010年開始嚴格訓練，就連外出飲酒消遣，兩人都點一樣的飲品。

這對雙胞胎兄弟說，一模一樣的生活方式，有助他們保持身型，兄弟間並無競爭，反而有互相督促作用。雖然其中一人近日已搬出與女友同居，但兩兄弟仍定期聯絡，確保大家訓練及膳食一致。（施旖婕／綜合外電報導）
