老公寓搭天橋 30年無人知

淡水區2棟老舊公寓的4樓後陽台，悄悄連接一座天橋長達30年，不僅附近居民沒察覺，住戶也渾然不知，直至去年在防火巷施作汙水下水道才赫然發現。拆除大隊6日起予以拆除，預計下周一完工。

淡水鄧公路33巷及35巷的2棟老舊公寓，兩者隔著1米半寬的防火巷，豈料2棟公寓的4樓後陽台卻「私下搭橋」，搭建一座3米寬的天橋。

耆老透露，原屋主與好友各住4樓，感情好到連下樓、拐個彎後才能見面都嫌麻煩，乾脆打通後陽台，2人隨時都可「抬槓」；但也有耆老說，原屋主是水電工程行老闆，他為20餘名工人蓋「員工宿舍」，藉天橋往來2棟公寓，後來為了轉賣，才在天橋中間砌上一道紅磚牆。

市府去年在2棟公寓間的防火巷施作汙水下水道，邀集相關單位現場會勘，當抬頭查看管線，才赫然發現這座天橋。鄧公里長邱美津指出，2棟公寓均有35年歷史，且根據民國75年空照圖顯示，保守估計天橋已存在30年。「除當年的老鄰居知道，其餘居民完全沒察感覺。」

「驚死人！我家什麼時候跟別人家互通？」郭太太表示，她83年遷入時並未發現天橋，還以為自己賺到一間儲藏室。

另戶人家的天橋是廚房和廁所，當她得知自己天天騰空煮飯、上廁所，嚇得不知該如何是好。
