役男出國留學 年齡限制放寬

（中央社記者謝佳珍台北6日電）役男出國留學年齡限制放寬，自今天起，符合就學最高年齡限制為大學以下24歲前、碩士27歲前、博士30歲前，即可申請出國留學。

以往尚未服役的役男若要到國外留學，必須在19歲當年12月31日以前出國，否則就必須等到服完兵役才能出國留學。

為方便青年學子生涯規劃，內政部配合今年6月4日修正公布的兵役法施行法，修正發布「役男出境處理辦法」，役男只要符合「就讀學歷」及「就學最高年齡」的限制，就讀大學以下學歷24歲以前、碩士27歲以前及博士30歲以前，即可以依規定申請核准出國念書。

役男赴大陸就讀教育部採認的大陸地區大學校院及科系，或為經核准投資的台商及其員工之子身分者，內政部說，這次修法一併放寬19歲以後的就學年齡限制，且刪除「台商條款」中役男須與父母共同居住3年的限制，其相關就學年齡限制、申請出境、再出境就學，準用役男出境國外就學規定辦理。

內政部說，這次也配合修正放寬役男返國停留及延期出境的期限，將現行在國內停留期間每次不得超過兩個月，修正為不得超過3個月，以符合實際需要。1030806
