男人注意囉！如果小便出血，又覺得全身無力，應盡速前往就醫。因為這可能不是小便出血而是經血。大陸1名男子，發現小便有血全身無力，臉和腳水腫，偶爾會肚子痛，在妻子陪同下就醫，才發現原來自己是女的。

據大陸《浙江新聞》報導，44歲的陳姓男子，發現小便出血就醫，檢查發現陳男體內有子宮和卵巢。陳姓男子沒有鬍子和喉結，外部生殖器官也和一般男子長得不一樣，雖然陳男表示和妻子仍然有履行「夫妻義務」，但醫生持懷疑的態度。

醫生也做了染色體檢查，發現陳男的染色體是XX，醫學上來說是個女生。醫生也表示，這樣的病例相當罕見，早期發現可以治療，但患者已經44歲，錯過了治療的黃金時機。
