歐美民航局早警告飛越烏克蘭領空風險

美國和歐洲民航單位早在今年4月就警告航空公司有關民航機飛進或靠近烏克蘭領空的危險。

美國聯邦航空管理局4月23日對美國各航空公司和飛行員發布「特別通知」，建議勿飛入克里米亞辛費洛普附近領空，並警告在飛越基輔、利維夫、聶伯城和熬得薩上空時，要「格外謹慎」。

歐洲航空安全總署也警告航空公司有關此地區的「重大風險」，並建議改道。
