連勝文將出訪日韓 柯文哲：應先了解市政

國民黨年底台北市長選舉提名人連勝文，月底將出訪日、韓。對手之一的台大醫師柯文哲今天表示，市政考察應該在最後倒數二、三個月再辦，那時至少台北市已跑過快兩輪，對台北市政問題較熟悉，才能知道要去問人家什麼？

柯文哲認為，不論要去拜訪大阪、東京，還是紐約市長，出發前必須要先知道自己要去問人家什麼；以前教學生，有辦法問出好問題，博士班就已經畢業一半，同樣的能問出好的市政問題，才能有更多的市政考察收獲，「不要為了考察而考察」。

柯文哲說，自己是外科醫師，做什麼動作都講求效果，坦白自己現在對市政熟悉度還不夠，要在透過更多分區的城市小旅行來瞭解，等全市跑過一、二輪，覺得有需要再出去問人家，「出國一趟要花很多錢」。
