俄羅斯股市周一反彈，創下逾二周來最佳單日表現，並推升其他新興市場走高。預期西方國家制裁可能不如威脅般嚴重，且衝突不會進一步升高，為利多。

但投資人預期股市將進一步震盪，且分析師亦警告，讓新興市場展望籠罩陰影的，不是只有俄羅斯。

儘管走勢震盪，俄羅斯藍籌股指數MICEX大漲近3%至1267.26，創3月4日以來最大單日漲幅。該漲勢並蔓延至歐洲新興市場，土耳其ISE30指數上漲1.1%，匈牙利BUX指數收高1.6%。

俄羅斯盧布兌美元與歐元則溫和下跌。

克里米亞議會通過投票，宣布該地區為獨立狀態，並尋求重新加入俄羅斯，成為共和國的一員。先前，該地區公投結果，絕大多數選民選擇脫離烏克蘭。

西方國家則宣稱該公投結果不合法。

今年，俄羅斯股市表現全球最差，大跌了24%。上周的跌勢使得該指數下跌到了2012年5月以來低點。
