白宮周一宣布了施加制裁的俄羅斯與烏克蘭官員名單。

該名單包括七名俄羅斯政府官員，二位克里米亞分離領袖，與前烏克蘭總統亞努科維奇及其幕僚長。

這項制裁將切斷他們在美國的利率與資產。

歐盟於周一稍早亦對13位俄羅斯官員與8位克里米亞官員進行了制裁，回應周日對克里米亞問題進行的公投。
