食藥署說鼎王讓消費者無法忍受

麻辣鍋店鼎王連續爆出廣告不實，食品藥物管理署副署長姜郁美今天在立法院表示，鼎王利用很多不實內容招攬顧客，雖然沒有影響食安，但她覺得也很可惡，對於消費者來說，也是無法接受。

姜郁美表示，鼎王沒有影響食品安全，暫時沒有勒令停業問題，但會持續監督改善，如果持續違法仍會重罰。食藥署也針對國內100件火鍋湯底展開稽查，結果最快會於今年六月出爐。
