dns伺服器沒有回應

我現在是住外面的套房
""經常""都會出現dns伺服器沒有回應(發生過很多次了)
但過幾天之後又會自動可以連上網

我已試過命令提示字元
ipconfig/flushdns
ipconfig/registerdns
ipconfig/release
ipconfig/renew

跟 CCleaner

以前都會馬上做修復 現在再用這些已經都完全無效了
請問 我的電腦是需要拿去修嗎?
還是說有什麼方式可以避免再度發生?
