人事退撫金像滾雪球一樣的單位還有未來嗎？

台鐵這個百年老店，每年虧損高達 1150 億，一年支出13000 名退休員工的退撫
金就要30億，每一人要申請退休，台鐵的財務狀況就更沈重，這種虧損＋支出要如何打平？現在人力不足又有人退休，一旦再補人進來，增加了人事費用和退撫金的預算，真不曉得這種單位還可以撐幾年？為什麼不民營化？這樣才能改頭換面。
