「顏」面盡失 警遭疑爆老案

〔自由時報記者劉慶侯／台北報導〕顏炳立遭不肖徵信社員工恐嚇勒索案，台北市刑警大隊去年逮獲涉嫌人後，為免顏身分曝光，對外隱瞞內情；如今事件曝光，他認為是警方洩密，還欲提告，警方表示很冤枉。

據了解，顏炳立報案後不到一週，北市刑警大隊偵三隊即逮捕涉案的一統徵信社人員。警方斟酌顏的身分背景不宜曝光，不準備發布新聞，但被媒體得知，因此改稱被害人為傳統鞋業經理人。

警方追查幕後聘僱、教唆者時，檢方認為事證已明確，可由檢方接手，警方因此未再續辦。顏炳立遭恐嚇案昨被週刊爆出，警方隨即接到當事人抗議電話，認為警方洩密；市刑大大隊長黃明昭暴跳如雷，但對外有苦說不出，有人說「他非常地灰心」。
