解釋一下 原本我應該繳的金額是183(語音)+299(Mcool)=482 但是這次金額為 502元 , 多繳了一筆20元的費用 客服解釋 12/26我們應該有收到一筆簡訊 解釋kkbox會有另外寄發票 20元為 kkbox 1個月149元 => 一天約5元 => 我們使用四天的金額 所以我剛剛趕緊停止kkbox 客服說會另外請專員與我聯繫 這20元 + 1月份使用17天的費用該如何處理 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.166.246.169
