[一般] 請問FB帳號被停止付款 有救嗎? 拜託大大

如圖,這是我本人的FB帳號,我也從來沒有發生過什麼被盜還是盜人帳號的問題
可是在幾個月前突然出現這個訊息,我就再也不能儲存元寶了

我還因此虧了500點mycard點數,輸入帳號卻不給我TWD....超無言

我多次發信去解釋我的帳號沒有問題,可是每次回信都說這是最終裁決不會改變...

很無奈,我已經錯過好幾次消費獎勵跟儲值獎勵了.....很不想再錯過這次

請問有人跟我一樣有這個問題嗎??

如果無法解決,那請問有直接購買元寶,不用透過FB轉元寶的管道嗎?

希望有人可以幫我解答,我FB跟開水的客訴都詢問過了..可是還是沒有方法..QQ
