持刀砍人遭通緝　見警臨檢心虛反被逮

【陳建緯／台北報導】台北市1名24歲男子謝依虔，前年初因聚眾持西瓜刀將仇家砍成重傷，遭法院依重傷害罪判刑後，多次通知發監執行，謝男卻未到案而遭通緝。
 
昨晚11時許，士林警方執行春安工作時，見謝男騎車獨自騎車見警方路邊臨檢，刻意將車在遠處等待紅燈，警方見其行跡可疑將他攔下，經查身分發現謝男通緝身分，還從他腰上搜出1把改造手槍及子彈。謝男向警供稱因仇家太多才會隨身帶著槍枝自衛。警方訊後依重傷害通緝及槍砲罪嫌將他解送歸案。
