遠傳合約還沒到，可是手機快掛了...

我的遠傳手機合約要到2015年5月才到期，可是現在這支三星手機使用上超常出狀況，不是開不了機或突然關機，或突然lag超嚴重，或開啟不了相機...總之一大堆狀況..

如上所說，我還要撐到2015年，照現在這樣下去，根本撐不完2014年，所以是否我只能買空機？

還是我的合約能提前半年時間進行續約？因為我還想要調整網路跟手機費率，有誰能告訴我該怎麼調整嗎？手機上網費率跟通話費率是分開的？可以個別調降嗎？何時才能調整費率呢？

抱歉一大堆問題，只能提供20點，最後是，如果我現在想採購空機，卻又不希望手機太爛，是否能推薦我幾支手機呢？

三星的暫且不考慮..謝謝..
