火腿隊陽岱鋼明年年薪1億8000萬日圓，根據日本媒體日刊體育的報導，目前陽岱鋼在日職明年球員年薪（不包含洋將）排名是第25名，在火腿隊排名第2名。

陽岱鋼2013年球季全勤出賽，打擊率2成82、全壘打18支、打點67分，最重要的是陽岱鋼47次盜壘成功，是火腿隊史第1位在太平洋聯盟拿到盜壘王的球員，同時，陽岱鋼也拿到金手套獎，因此年薪從9200萬日圓大幅調升到1億8000萬日圓。

依據日刊體育的年終排名，陽岱鋼的1億8000萬日圓與羅德隊井口資仁（未更改）、讀賣巨人西村健太朗、坂本勇人、長野久義、DeNA三浦大輔、養樂多石川雅規、軟銀本多雄一等球員並列第25名，在火腿只輸給投手武田久的2億4000萬日圓（第14名），排名第2。

目前日職球員明年年薪排名前10名的球員分別是第1名讀賣巨人阿部慎之助，6億，第2名讀賣巨人杉內俊哉，5億，第3名讀賣巨人內海哲也、軟銀攝津正，4億，第5名中日隊岩瀨仁紀，3億7000萬，第6名西武中村剛也，3億5000萬，第7名讀賣巨人山口鐵也，3億2000萬，第8名讀賣巨人村田修一、阪神鳥谷敬，3億，第10名廣島前田健太，2億8000萬。
