莉絲威斯朋賤價賣農莊　損失3千萬

【林慧娟／綜合報導】奧斯卡影后莉絲威斯朋（Reese Witherspoon）日前出售她位於加州奧海鎮的農莊式豪宅，損失100萬美元（約3000萬元台幣）。美國媒體報導，莉絲5年前以1億7700萬元台幣買下這座佔地8570坪的農莊，去年開價3億元台幣求售，遲遲賣不出去，今年10月降價到1億7700萬元台幣，還是乏人問津，最近再降100萬美元，終於以1億4700萬元台幣脫手。
 
37歲的莉絲前年在這座農莊梅開二度，嫁給好萊塢經紀人吉姆陶斯，他們全家假日會到當地度假，她說：「這裡讓我回想到小時在田納西州成長的過程，我希望孩子也能多與大自然、動物親近。」「吸血鬼帥哥」勞勃帕汀森去年與女友克莉絲汀史都華分手時，也躲到莉絲的農莊療情傷。
