為安居想入獄 男行搶超商遭訴

（中央社記者陳淑芬台中9日電）28歲賴姓男子想有安居處，突發行搶入獄奇想，持刀搶劫超商得手離去，再2進2出超商，遭警逮捕。台中檢方今天依強盜罪起訴。

台中地檢署起訴書指出，28歲賴男與家人相處不睦，希望找到安居處所，竟起行搶入獄奇想。今年11月間某日凌晨2時許，他騎機車行經台中市某超商，發現店內僅1名店員，賴男即停車持短刀入內。

賴男持刀向店員大喊「搶劫」，店員心生恐懼而將收銀機內的現鈔新台幣1000元交給賴男；賴男得手後走出超商，但在店外發現店員在打電話，再走進店內詢問是否報警？店員驚嚇否認，賴男又走出超商。

不久後，賴男再折返超商，強取啤酒喝；店員嚇得躲進倉庫，等警方到場將賴男逮捕到案。

賴男坦承持刀進超商，但否認強盜，辯稱他叫店員把錢拿出來，只是恐嚇。台中地檢署依強盜等罪起訴賴男。1021209
