廠牌:DELL 型號:STUDIO 15 購入日期:2010 距上次使用正常時間:兩個禮拜前 OS版本:WIN7 平常作業內容:文書,影片 有無內建還原功能(Y/N):N 問題內容:使用筆電容易發生當機問題,當機時螢幕畫面在(但卡住不動) 滑鼠鍵盤完全失效,完全無法操作控制,當機後重開機後短暫正常, 過段時間又會再當機,有時重開機會失敗,有電源顯示但黑畫面無法進入系統, 接下來會自動斷電源關機 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.250.212.225
