狂犬病擴散　劉建國：政府防疫全亂了套

【蘇聖怡／台北報導】狂犬病疫情擴散，民進黨立委劉建國上午舉行記者會批政府單位全亂了套。劉建國痛批，跨部會會議沒有針對源頭、疫情掌握、防堵等實際研議，「疫苗掌控亂了套！疫情掌握不清楚！」農委會目前為止對外說法不一，也沒有明確指示地方該如何處理流浪犬貓問題。劉建國更怒斥：「台灣出現首例錢鼠染病，疾管局竟然還敢說疫情在可控制範圍！離譜！」

現場還call out疾管局前副局長施文儀，施文儀建議：「應立即成立防災應變中心，否則各部會各自為政，若沒有儘速做好，恐無法應付這樣災難！」施文儀說，狂犬病在台已絕跡50年，導致農委會缺乏相關資料，政府應盡速成立指揮中心，才能面對未來災難。
