ㄜ 問題有點不知道在問什麼 是有關中華電信的學生專案

ㄜ 因為我沒滿20所以沒辦法自己辦學生專案 我的 sin卡 的名子是我媽媽的
這樣可以拿我的學生證然後用的是我媽媽的名子去辦學生專案嗎
因為如果轉到我的名子的話 會没辦法轉 因為我沒滿20歲
這樣的意思 不就是 學生專案是給滿20歲的學生辦的
因為 家長又不是學生

所以問題就是 可不可以用我的學生證然後是媽媽的名子去辦學生專案
