戴家有降調與洪仲丘兄同軍團 網友：恐被刁難

【李陳信得／台中報導】洪仲丘案，不理會洪仲丘求救簡訊，五四二旅政戰主任戴家有上校被降調十軍團組長，剛好與官拜中尉的洪仲丘親哥洪良均同屬十軍團，網友質疑冤家路窄，是否造成洪哥被刁難，十軍團政戰主任江忠德今天表示，戴被調往十軍團政戰部文宣組長，而洪良均在後勤兵工部門，不會有業務接觸、刁難的狀況。
