電腦一直當機

最近幾個月我在玩電腦時一植當機。

只是開一個網頁就開很久或是直接當機。

玩線上遊戲時就.......

玩SF開啟遊戲 開很久 到遊戲大廳就說<與伺服器斷線>

玩BBO全民打棒球玩到一半 當機很久就說<與伺服器斷線>

玩愛爾之光 玩到一半不是當機 就是直接跳出遊戲後來就直接"關機"

請問要怎解決
