德憂銀行「單一解決機制」適法性

【連欣儀／綜合外電報導】為補強歐洲央行（European Central Bank，ECB，歐銀）銀行監管機制，歐盟執委會（European Commission）金融監管委員巴尼耶（Michel Barnier）將就問題銀行「單一解決機制」，提議賦予歐盟凌駕各國政府、直接拆解問題銀行的權力，與擔心此舉適法性等問題的德國攤牌。
 
德國財政部長蕭伯樂（Wolfgang Schaeuble）日前指出，歐盟執委會對問題銀行「單一解決機制」的提議應要非常審慎。他憂心道：「我們必須堅守現有的法律依據，否則將有發生重大混亂的風險。」顯示歐盟與德國的意見仍紛歧。
