紅火案二審改判 辜仲諒上訴

TVBS – 

最新消息，前中信金副董事長辜仲諒涉及的紅火案，一審判刑9年，今年5月底二審加重，改判9年8個月，併科罰金1億5千萬元。

特偵組表示，高院的判決，符合檢方當初起訴理由，認為沒有上訴必要，因此不上訴；但是辜仲諒的律師表示，判決不符合期待，已經向最高法院提出上訴，全案還是得等最高法院判決，才能定讞。
