12吋晶圓產能三星居冠台積第5

三星(Samsung)12吋晶圓月產能逼近100萬片規模，占全球比重23.5%，居全球之冠；台積電12吋晶圓產能居全球第5大。

據研調機構IC Insights統計，全球12吋晶圓前11大廠合計總產能390.2萬片規模，占全球比重93.2%；其中，北美、台灣各有4家廠商，韓國2家，日本1家。

三星12吋晶圓月產能98.5萬片，占全球比重23.5%，居全球之冠；美光(Micron)在合併爾必達(Elpida)及華亞科產能挹注下，12吋晶圓月產能62.7萬片，占全球比重約15%，位居第2。

東芝(Toshiba)及海力士(Hynix)12吋晶圓產能分別位居全球第3及第4大；台積電12吋晶圓月產能43萬片，占全球比重約10.3%，位居第5。

IC Insights指出，包括三星、美光、東芝及海力士4大記憶體廠合計12吋晶圓產能占全球比重62%；台積電、聯電及格羅方德(GlobalFoundries)3家晶圓代工廠合計12吋晶圓產能占全球比重約18%。
