全國能源會議毛治國進入會場

第二天的全國能源會議下午在台北國際會議中心登場，進行 3個核心議題引言報告後，下午由大會代表針對引言報告中的因應策略，提出新增及修正意見，但部分代表質疑背景資訊，甚至還跪下來要求刪除，與其他代表爆發爭執，爭議議題很難建立共識。行政院長毛治國(左)和副院長張善政(右)晚間十點半才步入會場，聽取半小時的結論，進入會場前毛院長特意舉手向媒體致意。
