叛軍火箭襲烏東港市至少30死

烏克蘭東部戰略港市馬立波（Mariupol）今天遭猛烈火箭攻擊，造成至少30人喪生後，親克里姆林宮叛軍宣布，它今天發動重大新攻勢。

馬立波市長辦公室表示，繼今天清晨及中午過後不久，數十枚長程火箭擊中人口稠密住宅區後，另有97人受傷。

俄羅斯新聞社（RIA Novosti）引述自稱「頓內茨人民共和國」（Donetsk People's Republic）領袖的札哈成柯（Alexander Zakharchenko）表示，「我們今天對馬立波發動攻擊」。

但札哈成柯於數小時後又說，他的部隊仍「保留實力」，未在馬立波展開積極作戰。

歐洲安全暨合作組織（OSCE）觀察員展開實地調查後認定，這些格勒式（Grad）和颶風式（Uragan）火箭是自「頓內茨人民共和國」掌控的兩個地點發射。
